About the Author

This project was sponsored by the Michael B. Wells Digitial Librarian initiative. It was authored by Katie Okonowski, a second-year MLIS student at Wayne State University’s School of Information. Katie also holds a Juris Doctorate from Wayne State University Law School and a Bachelor’s degree in History from the University of Michigan-Ann Arbor.
